Objectives
1. Maintain a vegetable, fruit, and herb garden during growing season.
2. Teach co-op members how to maintain the garden and allocate weekly garden/greenhouse responsibilities to each member.
3. Organize community work days/teach community members sustainable urban agriculture and allow hands-on involvement in greenhouse, garden, and growing processes.
4. Utilize all fruits of garden labor after harvest.
5. Build and maintain indoor bouldering facilities within the house.
6. Regularly set new routes for all ability levels in the bouldering cave.
7. Offer regular community climbing hours throughout the week.
8. Organize special events- such as climbing parties, educational workshops, potlucks, and climbing movie nights- for the Marquette community.
9. Establish and follow a fair policy for conflict resolution that respect the perspectives of all parties.
10. Maintain clean community spaces at all times.
11. Organize house events- such as dinners, climbing days, camping trips, etc.
12. Educate new members on all house policies and procedures before their first term.
13. Involve all co-op members in house decisions regarding community life throughout the decision making process.
