
All house members, under the supervision of the maintenance officer, are responsible for understanding and following all city codes and ordinances
Once per semester, the maintenance officer and grounds-person are responsible for conducting an inspection of the house and yard. These inspections should mimic a city inspection. If any violations are found, the maintenance officer and grounds-person should address them at the next family meeting and take action to correct them
